The Purpose Pinwheel Podcast
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1.1 Who we are
The Purpose Pinwheel Podcast (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an unincorporated collaboration between Marketing Detective Agency Limited (company no. 12450030), trading as The Marketing Detective Agency, registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX; and Inkshed Ltd (company no. 14151418), trading as Becks Neale, registered office Inkshed Design Studio, 133 High Street, Cricklade, Wiltshire SN6 6AQ. Purpose Pinwheel is not itself a separate legal entity — the two companies operate it jointly, and each remains separately responsible for its own wider business.
These terms apply to this website, the guest management application, the Purpose Pinwheel Diagnostic tool, and any related content we publish (together, “the Service”).
1.2 Acceptance of these terms
By using the Service, applying to be a podcast guest, or completing the Diagnostic tool, you agree to these terms.
1.3 The Purpose Pinwheel Diagnostic tool
The Diagnostic tool is for general informational purposes only. It generates automated, indicative results and does not constitute professional advice.
1.4 Podcast guest applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee an invitation. We assess applications at our discretion and may accept, decline, refer elsewhere, or request more information. By applying, you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We may withdraw an invitation at any time if circumstances change.
1.5 Recording, content and intellectual property
If you appear as a guest, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to record, edit, publish, distribute and promote the recording (audio, video, transcripts, clips, quotes) across podcast platforms, YouTube, social media and promotional channels, and to use your name, business name, likeness and voice in connection with it, for as long as we continue to publish or promote the episode.
All IP in the Purpose Pinwheel brand, site, app, Diagnostic tool and original show content belongs to us jointly. You retain ownership of your own pre-existing IP shared with us.
1.6 No compensation
Appearing as a guest is unpaid unless agreed otherwise in writing in advance.
1.7 Acceptable use
You must not: attempt unauthorised access to the guest application, guest portal, or any account not yours; share or misuse a guest portal access link issued to someone else; scrape or systematically extract data from the Service; submit false, misleading, or infringing information.
1.8 Third-party services
We use third-party providers including hosting, database and email delivery services to run parts of the Service. Your use of their products is subject to their own terms, which we don't control.
1.9 No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or accuracy of Diagnostic results or published content.
1.10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't be excluded by law.
1.11 Termination
We may suspend or remove access, or withdraw content, at our discretion.
1.12 Governing law
England and Wales, exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
1.13 Changes
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change.
